By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the provisions established herein. 2. Product Description The product consists of a digital membership, which will be valid for one calendar month from the date of purchase. It will be delivered electronically to the buyer once payment is confirmed. This is not a physical product; therefore, it does not require shipping or in-person delivery. 3. Price The price of each digital membership will be the price published on Llave Dorada CR's official channels at the time of purchase. All payments must be made using the methods authorized by Llave Dorada CR. 4. Product Delivery The digital membership will be delivered electronically via email, download link, or the digital platform designated by Llave Dorada CR. Delivery times may vary depending on payment validation and technical factors beyond Llave Dorada CR's control. 5. Buyer Responsibility It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the delivery of the digital membership. Llave Dorada CR will not be responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by errors in the information provided by the buyer. 6. Use of Digital Content (Digital Membership) The purchase of the digital membership grants the buyer a 10% discount on: - Luxury Scents: This discount applies only to the retail price when paying in cash or via SINPE Móvil and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. - Innova Car Wash CR: This discount is valid for any type of car wash service. The digital membership purchased is for personal use only. The following are prohibited: - Reselling the digital membership. - Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the content for commercial purposes. - Modifying or commercially exploiting the material without prior written authorization from Llave Dorada CR. - Publishing the digital membership or original files for public or free download. 7. Intellectual Property All content included in the digital membership, including images, designs, graphics, logos, and related material, is the property of Llave Dorada CR or its respective rights holders. Purchasing the digital membership does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights to the buyer. 8. Refunds and Cancellations Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are considered final once the digital membership has been delivered to the buyer. These activities will be subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be published and communicated separately. All information provided by each digital membership purchaser may be used by Luxury Scents, Innova Car Wash CR, and Llave Dorada CR for future promotions, discounts, or any other type of promotional activity. 12.
